Personal Assistant to the University Secretary and Registrar

Applications are invited for the post of Personal Assistant to the University Secretary and Registrar at the University of Gloucestershire.  The post-holder will provide professional PA support and excellent customer-focused administrative services to the students and staff of the institution.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be IT literate, with proven recent experience of working in an office environment and acting as a PA (preferably at an executive level).
  • Demonstrate a professional attitude to all aspects of their work with a commitment to ensuring the success of the team.
  • Have a proven track-record in providing a responsive and excellent customer service.
