Senior Teaching Fellow - Counselling and Psychotherapy (72140-127)

Permanent part-time position (0.8 FTE)

You will teach on the integrative postgraduate psychotherapy and counselling courses up to Masters and Doctoral level as well as our undergraduate degree programme in person centred counselling and psychotherapy programme, as well as on other continuing professional development courses, as required. You will also hold course administration, student placement and curriculum development responsibilities, as required. You will possess a PhD, or be working towards successful completion of PhD in Counselling and Psychotherapy.

You will have excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills, relevant teaching experience, and the ability to facilitate counselling and psychotherapy training groups. You will be an experienced psychotherapist or counsellor preferably with UKCP registration. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team on teaching programmes and administrative tasks is essential.
