An opportunity has arisen within the Faculty’s Professional Services’ teams based at the Canterbury Campus to provide a vital service to staff, students and externals supporting the administration function of the Faculty.

The Role

Reporting to the Faculty’s Team Leader, the main purpose of this role is to provide an efficient and effective administrative function to support the Undergraduate and Postgraduate professional services teams, the academic staff, students and externals.


You will have good interpersonal and organisational skills, the ability to work under pressure, use your own initiative and to work within a team. You should have at least GCSE A-C or equivalent in English, previous administrative or secretarial experience and with good attention to detail and accuracy, which are essential criteria for this position.
