Financial Assurance Manager

You will need to be educated to degree level (or equivalent), and be a CCAB qualified accountant (or hold an equivalent professional qualification) with experience in a financial analysis role. You will be a team player, who is able to develop and maintain good working relationships with HEFCW colleagues, university staff at all levels; and with professional advisors to the sector. You will also have the ability to work independently to produce reports, sometimes to tight deadlines, with minimal guidance. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail and at the same time be able to see the big picture. Strong communication, numeracy and IT skills are essential. The ability to communicate bilingually in Welsh or English is desirable.
