Deputy Catering Manager

University of Oxford - Worcester College

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual to help us plan, manage and deliver the food and beverage service across the College, including managing up to 25 staff.

To be successful you’ll have experience of working in a role where a high standard food service is of key importance, have demonstrable experience of managing staff and leading teams and proven ability to organise, plan and deliver events.  With good communication and IT skills, you’ll deputise for the Catering Manager, so a professional yet friendly approach is essential, as is the ability to work under pressure, cope with the unexpected and be adaptable enough to make last minute changes to plans.
