Kidney Lifestyle Research Assistant

The Kidney Lifestyle Team (KLT) is a 20-strong multidisciplinary research group running a portfolio of clinical and laboratory studies investigating biomedical, clinical and psychosocial effects of lifestyle interventions in patients with chronic kidney disease, exploring the mechanisms underlying these effects, and developing and testing strategies for implementing interventions in clinical practice.

The primary purpose of this job is to take responsibility for the day-to-day management of qualitative research studies, lifestyle intervention design, development and evaluation, and patient and public involvement activities, which are key elements in our wider Kidney Lifestyle Research Programme (KLRP).

You will have a background in health psychology research, health behaviour research or other health related subject, with theoretical knowledge and practical experience of qualitative and mixed methods research techniques.
