Do you know how to turn a prospect into a sale?

We’re looking for a resourceful and creative Programme Associate to develop and manage the sales pipeline of a critical part of our Executive Education department.

The Role

Are you ready to achieve more, faster?

This is a chance for someone with sales and business acumen to make a real impact in Executive Education, the department that generates 40% of London Business School’s revenue. We need someone who’s able to nurture existing clients and uncover new opportunities by rapidly developing an understanding of clients’ learning and development needs. You’ll do this through consultative phone calls, emails and face-to-face meetings, as well as attending School and industry events. That means you’ll:

• Own and deliver individual sales plans
• Cultivate corporate clients and introduce them to the best executive education
• Build a deep understanding of client industries and challenges 
• Uncover opportunities for new enquiries and support sustainable sales growth
• Be KPI-driven and deliver regular pipeline reports and forecasting
• Take decisions to meet targets while maintaining quality

Who we are looking for

• A confident, self-assured communicator with excellent presenting and negotiating skills
• Business acumen and a passion for the education sector
• Organised, results-focused and able to prioritise multiple tasks
• Proven track record of individual sales in high-paced organisations
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or a CRM
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings and some weekends depending on event/client 
• Business-related degree preferable
