Part Time Post: 14.5 hours per week (0.4 FTE)  

We are looking to appoint a Technician in Animation Production to work in traditional animation practises. The post is align to animation resources supporting processes such as stop frame editing, sand animation, manipulation techniques and having an understanding of materials to construct props and characters. You will work with a range of software including Dragonframe, Premiere, Photoshop and After Effects to support the animation delivery

You will also be required to compile learning materials and deliver technical workshops and demonstration as appropriate. You will contribute to the care and maintenance of equipment and be responsible for the health and safety in your area of competence.  You will also have excellent communication skills, be a good team worker and be able to demonstrate an aptitude for dealing tactfully with students and staff. The ability to work under pressure is essential.

The pro-rata salary for this position is £8,885 - £9,992 per annum.
