We are seeking a competent and experienced administrator to support and enable the range of projects and activities undertaken within the Global Partnerships team. Global Partnerships is responsible for developing and establishing strategic relationships with universities around the world, and this post will provide essential support for the team to deliver on its goals. 

The successful applicant will have a proven experience of working in a fast-paced office undertaking a range of duties including managing complex travel arrangements, facilitating meetings, providing guidance to University staff, and budgetary responsibility.

This role would suit someone who is experienced in providing administrative support in an office environment and who enjoys working in a flexible and adaptable manner, and is confident in working with a wide range of people from different backgrounds and levels of responsibility. Applicants must have keen attention to detail and excellent organisational and planning skills.

The successful candidate must also be able to demonstrate the ability to manage their own workload, work to deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy, and a desire to develop efficient and effective processes.
