Central Examinations and Room Booking Manager

Our Student and Academic Services are seeking to appoint a Central Examinations and Room Booking Manager on a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. 

The role will lead the work of the Central Examinations and Room Booking teams to provide an effective and efficient service to the University, our students and our staff. 

Experience of leading the delivery of a service in a complex organisation is key along with a strong ability to provide a professional advice line to key stakeholders. 

In this role you will be ensuring that the central examinations are delivered in accordance with policy and procedures but will also be expected to look for opportunities to enhance the service provision. You will also ensure that the room booking service continues to meet the evolving needs of the University. 

Working with both internal and external stakeholders, you will be a strong communicator who is able to manage relationships and ensure collaborative working is effective. 

You will be responsible for managing the teams and developing their skills, working with them to develop and further embed an excellent student (and customer) experience.

This role is available on a fixed term basis for 14 months, or the earlier return of the post holder.
