The role currently focusses on the Frontline programme but our strategy for the coming years will require much closer working with other programme teams (such as Firstline) and part of the job will be to implement changes in this respect. The HoR group are experienced and skilled social work practitioners and educators who have a background in statutory local authorities or university social work education. Each regional team is made up of Practice Tutors who lead the development programme for 16 participants, Relationship and Development Managers who manage the partnerships with local authorities and Regional Coordinators who provide administrative and logistical support to the regional team. You will be supported in leading this large team by the Chief Programmes Officer who oversees all of Frontline’s programmatic activity, including the Firstline programme. You will need to work particularly closely with the recruitment team who attract and select candidates for the programme and the design team who develop the curriculum and teaching resources.
