The Recruitment Manager post will have a significant role in helping WBS achieve its ambitious undergraduate student recruitment targets by delivering a highly professional and personalised attraction, enquiry management and recruitment service. The key aim will be to develop trusted relationships with enquirers, in-progress candidates and offer-holders as they move through the attraction, recruitment, selection and admissions cycle. The successful candidate will plan, implement and support a coordinated marketing, business development and recruitment strategy to identify, attract and convert high-calibre undergraduate candidates including our Foundation Year programme.

The role requires effective internal and external liaison and will act as a key ambassador representing the University. It will demand exceptional interpersonal skills including the ability to develop strong working relationships, communicate effectively across a diverse set of audiences, and negotiate with and influence important internal and external stakeholders. They will be collaborative, flexible and target-driven. The role will require regular UK travel and some international travel.
