We have an opportunity for an exceptional professional to join our Human Resources team and contribute to the delivery of an excellent HR service that supports the University’s vision and Strategic Plan.

Forming part of an organisationally aligned team, you will ensure best practice in operational human resources and people management through the provision of high quality proactive, pragmatic and timely advice to leaders, managers and staff.

This is a varied and interesting role for which you will require broad generalist human resources experience and also be well versed in all aspects of human resources matters. You will be CIPD qualified, possess a thorough and up to date understanding of employment legislation and have the ability to negotiate and work in partnership. This is an ideal opportunity to further develop skills and experience and to become involved in more challenging strategic elements of human resources.

This post is offered as a full-time appointment, however applications for part-time opportunities will also be considered.
