Our degree programmes shape the professional development of business leaders around the globe. For us to provide cutting edge content, our courses need to be expertly coordinated. We're looking for an Operations Administrator to help us develop and deliver these programmes, supporting key projects and working with colleagues across the School.

The Role

Help us deliver a degree programme with global impact

The Degree Education team runs our masters-level programmes, delivering high quality education to our students and driving the School's brand and reputation. Joining us as Central Operations Administrator, you'll enable this fast-paced department to run smoothly day-to-day by prioritising a range of tasks with ease. You'll actively develop stakeholder relationships and apply your experience and initiative to supporting colleagues on key projects. That means you'll:

  • Provide project support - including planning, preparing presentations and process mapping
  • Prepare portal content and departmental communications as required
  • Secretariat support for departmental meetings/committees including minute taking
  • Administer the central department budget processes
  • Event coordination and delivery
  • Support the administrative needs of other teams when required
  • Relationship management with cross School departments and staff
  • Champion the profile of Degree Education across the School.

Who We Are Looking For

  • A strong educational background, preferably to degree level
  • Strong administrative experience working in a busy department
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience of procurement systems (NC Procurement) would be helpful
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Proactive and motivated to improve business processes
