We’re looking for a proactive Executive Education Coordinator to help our Contributor Management Team run smoothly.

The Role

Help deliver world-class programmes

The dedicated teams in our Executive Education department design and deliver outstanding management and leadership development programmes. Including a portfolio of over 125 Open and Custom titles, these programmes are delivered around the world and their revenue is a key part of the School’s future growth plans. Within our Contributor Management Team, you’ll:

• Liaise with the Senior Coaching Manager and Contributor Management Manager to update and maintain departmental data
• Create and maintain policy documents and best practice guides
• Help implement systems to automate data capture/manipulation related to Contributors
• Update key information in the database repositories 
• Produce relevant reports for analysis
• Coordinate meetings, events and inductions, taking reliable minutes

In this role, you’ll provide vital coordination and administrative support, ensuring the delivery of world-class management and leadership development programmes.

Who We Are Looking For

• GCSE level qualification or equivalent
• Advanced knowledge of Word, Power Point and Excel
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office suite programmes
• Customer service orientation
• Prior administrative/secretarial experience 
• Great communication skills
