The Integrity Management Technology Group is expanding due to a significant order growth.  Over the past 15 years, we have delivered substantial and sustained growth and are seeking senior talented individuals to enter this fast-moving team environment to underpin and drive our technical excellence and expanding market share.

Contributing to internationally renowned work on established and emerging Structural Health and Condition Monitoring processes, techniques and procedures, you will enjoy responsibility for and rapidly gain experience in Structural Health and Condition Monitoring (SHM and CM). You will strengthen the core skills of an exciting and innovative team by taking on responsibilities including project management, preparation and negotiation of contract proposals, R&D and innovation management.

Job description and role duties:

Successful candidates will contribute to current business developments and projects on Structural Health and Condition Monitoring techniques. The objective is to strengthen the core skills of the CSM team by taking on responsibilities including project management, preparation and negotiation of contract and proposals.

As Product Manager, you will guide the development of new products in condition and structural health monitoring through the EC H2020 program. This extends from enhancing existing technologies to developing new systems and software. To achieve the objective you will be required to plan tactical activities, specify market requirements for current and future products.

Based on your industrial experience and your contact with customers and prospects, you will be able to demonstrate a mixture of business, management and technical knowledge, a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality.

You will work on several aspects of the development and product lifecycle including, marketing and other exploitation routes. For mature existing technologies, you will have to define the go-to-market strategy, helping the understanding of the product positioning, key benefits, and target customers and ideally succeed in securing the required funding to conduct these actions forward.


  • Significant product management experience,
  • Knowledge in technology and business development,
  • Computer Science or Engineering degree or equivalent work experience,
  • NPD,
  • Proven involvement in bringing products to market,
  • Proven experience with the validation and the certification of a new product.
