A leading provider of legal education and training, The University of Law is focused on delivering excellence across a range of pre and post-qualification courses, operating from 10 campuses across the UK. 

Working as part of the Student Services team at the Leeds Campus, this challenging role will play a key part in the delivery of a high-quality course administration provision. You will be integral to front line client and student support, answering queries on email, phone calls and face to face. 

Educated to at least ‘A’ level standard or equivalent qualification, you will have experience of working within a customer service environment and be used to handling a demanding workload and meeting multiple, simultaneous deadlines. You will have an advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and databases together with good planning and organisational skills, a methodical approach and a keen eye for detail. Additionally, you will be a self-motivated team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
