Oxford Saïd Business School is recruiting for a Programme Manager to join the Student and Programme Services team on permanent, full-time basis.

The Programme Manager is a key role within the Student and Programme Services (SPS) unit’s Degree Programme and Examination Services team which delivers support for the School’s full-time degrees. The SPS unit at Said Business School was established in April 2015 to provide seamless quality and delivery of the student and participant experience across all degree and executive education programmes at the Business School. This unit of 100+ professional staff supports admissions, programmes and career development to deliver a seamless customer experience for degree students and executive education participants.

In this role you will be required to champion the programme to a wide range of audiences and to maintain a positive and engaged relationship with multinational and highly articulate students and a varied range of internal and external stakeholders. Therefore, it is essential that you are able to communicate to an extremely high, professional standard, both in a written and oral capacity. You will be flexible in adapting to the particular requirements of the programme and it’s Programme Director. Providing support on occasional evenings and weekends will be required to support the running of the programme, and there will be the opportunity for international travel.

To be considered at shortlisting will need to have excellent project/event management skills, with proven competency in delivering successful programme coordination from inception to delivery. This includes excellent problem solving skills and the ability to communicate to a high, professional standard, both in a written and oral capacity to a wide variety of stakeholders. You will need to show experience of managing budgets and report writing skills, and a willingness to learn new skills and approaches to using technology to improve the client/student experience. Experience of managing others would also be a distinct advantage
