We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and well organised Employer Engagement Admin Officer within our Employability and Careers Centre.

This interesting and varied role is responsible for supporting the delivery of the Employability and Careers Centre’s strategic aim of maintaining and enhancing the reputation of the University amongst employers.

The role focuses on providing administrative support to the team's focus on facilitating contact between students and employers in a range of ways. The post holder will support marketing activities of the Employability and Careers Centre to ensure maximum student participation in a wide range of employer engagement activities and employer-related events, e.g. the summer and autumn Careers Fairs.

The post holder will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks. You will need to be confident in communicating with a range of stakeholders and be able to multi task, especially during busy periods.

The role is a fixed term temporary role and exists to cover a period of maternity leave for a permanent member of the team.
