Part time - 0.7fte / 25.9 hours per week

The Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management Subject Group has experienced a sustained increase in the quantity of its work in terms of undergraduate, postgraduate, corporate and consultancy activities over the last few years. A key area of growth for the group is in coaching and mentoring.

We are looking for a lecturer / senior lecturer to join our team, contributing to our EMCC accredited Masters course in coaching & mentoring as well as contributing to our corporate activity in the area. We also need contributions to our organisational behaviour and HRM activities at undergraduate and postgraduate level.

You will have substantial coaching and mentoring experience and, ideally, an academic qualification/s in coaching & mentoring. You will have, or be demonstrably working towards, your professional standing as a coach / mentor e.g. EMCC EIA or equivalent.

In addition, you will combine well developed knowledge in coaching & mentoring with a passion for inspiring, motivating and challenging students to achieve their potential. The ability to design and deliver high quality, vibrant learning experiences is essential as well as contributing to the subject group's research agenda. We are keen to strengthen our research profile and a track record of publication, along with a strong research focus going forward would be a distinct advantage.

For non-EU applicants, we are unlikely to be able to offer a certificate of sponsorship for this job (unless you are switching from a UK student visa), so you should only apply if you already have unrestricted permission to work in the UK.
