We’re looking for a detail focused Student-led Initiatives Administrator to join our thriving Degree Education and Career Centre.

The Role

Could you make more of our collaborative club culture?

Our Global Outreach team bring together experiential learning, student-led initiatives and business development activities to increase our School’s presence and enrich the learning experiences of our students. As our Student-led Initiatives Administrator, you’ll help support, curate and promote more than 80 different clubs, societies and student-led organisations from across our School. By working side-by-side with student leaders and our key stakeholders, you’ll help our student-led initiatives to achieve more. You’ll also:

• Act as the first point of contact for student and stakeholder enquiries 
• Support and run projects 
• Manage our data and produce reports that support decision making
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve issues
• Provide support during planning and implementation 
• Process invoices and input financial data to ensure accurate budget tracking
• Champion continuous improvement activity within your team
