Salary range:  £17,764 - £19,850

Utilising the resources of some 300 directly employed staff, supported external contractors, Estates & Facilities is responsible for delivering a full estates and facilities management service to the University, including capital development, property maintenance, cleaning, security, caretaking and landscaping.

The Media City Facilities Management (FM) team are responsible for the management of all aspects of the building related services, front of house, cleaning, building maintenance, mechanical/electrical maintenance, reception, security, mail services and change of room usage for delivery of teaching and conferencing/special events.

The post provides a varied and interesting role for a well-motivated and customer focused individual dealing with a wide range of duties. You must have a professional telephone manner and excellent IT skills. This is a busy role that requires an accurate hard working & reliable individual that can support this established service.

The Reception and Building Assistant will be required to work on a rotational basis between the hours of 8.00am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
