We're looking for an efficient and approachable Programme Manager to join our world class Degree Education department.

The Role

Are you a people person who loves to plan?

Degree Education is responsible for designing, promoting, recruiting for and delivering London Business School's portfolio of degree programmes. As a Programme Manager for our Masters in Management (MiM) programme, you'll be striving to maintain its #1 position as ranked by the Financial Times. In this role you'll deliver an exceptional, all-encompassing programme experience for up to 90 students. You'll also develop student relationships, provide pastoral support and conduct their academic progression meetings to ensure they have the support they need to succeed with us. You'll also:

  • Deliver a range of key programme elements to well-defined project plans, managing the operational delivery of the fourth term and the MiM away day.
  • Manage the timely and accurate distribution of all programme communications, responding to queries in like manner.
  • Support the Senior Programme Manager in the scheduling and timetabling requirements of the programme and other ad hoc responsibilities.
  • Oversee two direct reports (Programme Administrators), reviewing their progress and promoting learning opportunities available to them.
  • Conduct data analysis and student and faculty feedback to inform planning, decision making and the identification of new opportunities for programme improvement.
  • Track, monitor and review programme spend and contribute to the quarterly forecasting process.

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build a good rapport with students and stakeholders alike
  • Sound organisational and project management A 'strive for excellence' mentality
  • Strong budgeting, analytical and problem solving skills
