Working within the UK Student Recruitment & Outreach Team, these two new exciting posts will take a lead role in development, implementation and delivery of the established schools and colleges programme. The innovative programme of activity encourages progression in learning, raises aspirations for under-represented learners in Higher Education and contributes to success in UK undergraduate student recruitment. One post will focus on working with pre-16 learners, and the other post will focus efforts on working with the post-16 audience, with the ability to provide support across the piece.

The post-holders will be natural leaders who can manage and motivate a team to deliver impactful projects and events – as well as able to manage their own projects to completion.  You should have strong experience in partnership working as well as building and nurturing effective relationships, and ideally possess an understanding of effective evaluation and measurement. You’ll be a superb communicator, able to demonstrate excellent organisation and time management skills. With an enthusiastic and committed approach to working with schools, colleges and target learners - including those under-represented in Higher Education   - your creative and problem-solving approach will stand you in good stead for this busy and fulfilling role.
