Salary: Grade 8:
£39,992 - £47,722 per annum. Potential to progress to £53,691 per annum through sustained exceptional contribution

We welcome applications from candidates who can deliver excellent research and teaching within the fields of Organisational Behaviour and/or Human Resource Management. We are particularly interested in candidates with expertise in areas aligned with the research interests of our research centres IWP and WOERCC within the Work, Employment, People and Organisations (WEPO) Division and who are able to teach core topics in the field of OB/HRM across the Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Executive Professional Education portfolios of the School.

You will take a pro-active role in enhancing our reputation for high quality and innovative teaching and research. You should be capable of delivering (i) first class research that combines theoretical sophistication with practical relevance and impact, and (ii) an excellent student experience at both undergraduate and postgraduate level.

You will hold a PhD in a relevant area (or equivalent qualifications/experience), will have teaching experience, evidence of the ability to produce high quality research publications and preferably have experience of working in a research project team.
