About the role:

This is exciting and challenging time to join ARU and our HR team. We launched our ten year University strategy last summer and early 2018 will see the launch of our new People strategy. As a result we need an Organisation Development Specialist who will make an immediate difference and add real value to our Organisation Development initiatives and projects.

Ideally a Chartered Member of the CIPD, you’ll be a self-motivated professional with a degree or professional HR qualification (PG Dip or equivalent) and experience in a senior Organisation Development role. You’ll have a track record of designing and delivering leadership and management development and succession planning strategies. Your experience of leading change management will enable you make a real difference as will the ability to influence at all levels and build relationships quickly.
