Brunel University London - Head of Payroll and Reward

We are looking for a Head of Payroll and Reward to manage the University’s Payroll and Reward functions. This is a key strategic leadership role, with accountability for the overall design, implementation, communication and administration of the University’s compensation responsibilities, including: payroll, pensions, benefits, reward and expenses.

The payroll team is responsible for running a high volume payroll and we are looking for candidates who have proven and demonstrable experience of managing public sector payroll. You will lead and motivate the Payroll and Reward team to deliver high standards of service to the University.

You will be able to confidently demonstrate your track record in developing, reviewing and maintaining a Reward Strategy, as well as pay and benefits policies. You will lead on developments and improvements to reward and recognition, compensation and benefits and payroll for the University to improve the employee offering and support the achievement of the Brunel 2030 goals.
