About the role
We are looking for an Evaluation Manager to join the Research and Evaluation team. This is an exciting opportunity to measure the impact Crisis has towards ending homelessness, and help the organisation make evidence driven decisions. This work will help to shape frontline services as well policy positions and national campaigns.

This contract is on 12-month basis covering maternity.

About you
The successful candidate will lead the evaluation team to underpin and inform Crisis’ service delivery and will influence the strategic direction of the organisation. They will be given responsibility to design and manage in-house and externally commissioned quantitative and qualitative evaluation projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for disseminating the evaluation findings and building relationships with staff across Crisis and external partners including third sector organisations, funders and evaluation contractors.
