Fixed Term Contract for 24 months

Full time starting salary is normally in the range £29,799 to £38,832. With potential progression once in post to £41,212 a year.

 Exciting Opportunity to Join Prestigious Research CentreThe Jubilee Centre for Character and Virtues is an applied research centre working to transform individuals and society. This internationally recognised Centre is a leading informant on policy and practice in character and character education. Through its extensive range of projects, the Centre contributes to a renewal of character virtues in both individuals and societies. The Centre is seeking to recruit two Research Fellows to bring innovation and creativity to roles that will focus on curriculum design and content writing. Working within a new multidisciplinary research and developmental programme exploring character and virtues education, the post holders will specifically work on writing pedagogically-rich, educational content for course workbooks, manuals and learning materials on a wide range of character education topics.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in and knowledge of education, particularly in a UK context. Knowledge and understanding of character education and human flourishing will provide candidates with a distinct advantage.
