Eligibility: Applicants must have masters degree in any discipline with teaching qualification and experience of teaching in IGCE, AS and A Level. We prefer candidates with ideally 5 years experience as a Principal/Assistant Principal. Excellent communication and management skills are essential for this post.

Remuneration package: We offer an excellent salary ranging from US$4,119 to US$6,500 per month circa, commensurate with qualification and experience. Other benefits include free health insurance, petrol allowance, fully furnished family accommodation with free Wi-Fi facilities, annual economy class airfare for principal and spouse, and annual bonus. You are entitled to 30 days annual leave in additional to authorised leave of absence due to exceptional circumstances or medical emergencies.

Job Description
The Principal is accountable to the Managing Director (MD), Taleb Group.

  1. To provide vision, leadership and strategic direction.
  2. To provide professional leadership and management.
  3. To carry out day-to-day management, organisation and administration of the school.
  4. To manage learning and teaching effectively.
  5. To promote excellence, equality and high expectation for all pupils.
  6. To evaluate school performance and identify priorities for improvement in consultation with MD.
  7. To manage and deploy resources to achieve the school’s aims and objectives.
  8. To create a safe and productive learning environment which is engaging and fulfilling for all pupils.
  9. To work effectively with the school’s Governing Body.
