Research Project Finance and Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an experienced individual to undertake day-to-day financial and administrative activities for a large-scale study for children affected by HIV/AIDS in South Africa. The role will include working closely with the teams in Oxford and South Africa, led by the Principal Investigator (PI), Professor Lucie Cluver.

You will ensure the smooth running of studies and will work both as a member of the research team and independently. You will use your initiative to identify solutions to problems as well as providing excellent general administrative support.

You will have a good level of education, experience and understanding of techniques for the management of research information. You will have strong financial acumen, good attention to detail and high standards of accuracy.

Based at Barnett House, 32 Wellington Square, this is a full-time position and is available on a fixed-term basis for 12 months from 1 May 2018, or as soon as possible thereafter.
