We are looking for a self-motivated project professional to join the Estates and Facilities Management team for an interesting Client Project Manager/Programme Monitoring role. This would involve hands on Strategic Development and Project Management of large multi million pound capital projects and a lead role in assisting the monitoring of the Facility Management’s programme of projects across the expanding estates portfolio.

The role is a key part of the scoping and delivery of ACS Group’s £50 million programme of capital investment, ranging over several current/proposed schemes.


  • MRICS, MCIOB or MAPM or equivalent professional qualification
  • Similar experience of capital projects of £10m+, preferably within the Education Sector
  • Keen interest in Education and Client Side Project Management
  • Confident and professional, ability to liaise with stakeholders and contractors.
