Manager Student Support (Operations)

Temporary 24 Month Contract

We are currently looking for a Manager Student Support (Operations) to work within our Student Recruitment and Support Centre (SRSC) supporting WELS (Wellbeing, Education and Language Studies) students.

This role will focus on managing the delivery of student facing operations to help students and prospective students to make study choices leading to successful progression, qualification completion and customer satisfaction.

You should have a good standard of education with grades C or above in GCSE Maths and English. An NVQ Level 4 qualification in management and/or advice and guidance, or substantial equivalent experience, is also essential.

You will have good communication, planning and organisational skills.  Strong IT skills, team working and a commitment to customer service and continuous improvement are also important for this role.

Closing date:  Thursday 22nd March 2018 – 12 noon

Interview date: Thursday 29th March
