£49,149 to £56,950 per annum pro rata or for appointment as Clinical Senior Lecturer, £51,176 to £59,401 per annum pro rata

This post is a part-time 0.6 fte post available on an indefinite basis.

The Physician Associate Programme (MSc) at the University of East Anglia is now in its third year, with the first students enrolled in January 2016. This first cohort of students graduated in December 2017 and attained a 100% success rate in the Physician Associate National Examinations in January 2018.

The programme requires a senior lecturer and module lead to work with the course director and other module leads in all aspects of the delivery of the programme. There are module leads currently in place for the medicine and community modules. This post would primarily be for the surgery (first year) and emergency (second year) modules, with consultation skills teaching and further module involvement depending on the skills and experience of the successful applicant.

The post holder will have a primary clinical qualification (medical, physician associate preferable, or other clinical qualification), demonstrable clinical experience and expertise in their own discipline and have experience of healthcare in the NHS.

This post will be subject to an enhanced criminal record check from the Disclosure and Barring Service.
