The Faculty of Management nurtures academics who strive for international impact through their education, service and world-leading and internationally excellent research.

In support of Cass’ ambitious Strategic Plan, the School is seeking to appoint a Reader in Human Resource Management. The appointed academic will conduct world-leading and internationally excellent research both individually and collaboratively; will design and deliver course modules and associated assessments; will support and mentor students; and will contribute to curriculum development and innovation in undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.

The successful candidate will have completed a PhD in a relevant discipline. Candidates will have published research of world-leading or internationally excellent quality and will have an appropriate level of experience of delivering outstanding education and of contributing to a high quality student experience.
