We're looking for a forward-thinking individual to join our team as a Digital Learning Consultant.

Ready to revolutionise the learning experiences we deliver?

As the Digital Learning Consultant you'll be responsible for leading on digital learning at the London Business School, supporting our Executive Education department with its implementation and acting as the subject-matter expert and first point of contact for its delivery across the School. Bringing client-facing experience, a creative mind-set and expertise in the digital learning space, you'll do everything from participating in the bid process for digital projects to taking part in high-level digital learning interventions, overseeing the work of designers to developing best practices for us to work against. Here you'll:

  • Develop strategy for the digital learning area in line with wider School plans
  • Specify KPIs to assess the quality and impact of blended learning interventions
  • Assist the delivery of a portfolio of blended and digital learning projects and offer expertise to large, complex projects
  • Review and evaluate the learning provision, programmes and activities to make sure blended learning delivery remains at the forefront of business education
  • Coordinate and deliver a world-class digital-learning experience for stakeholders
  • Design and lead positive feedback loops to facilitate continuous improvement
  • Shape plans and work with internal and external stakeholders to make sure projects are delivered to time, on budget and to a quality level
  • Keep up to date with the industry and new tech and represent digital learning across the School
  • Champion positive change and keep continuous improvement always front of mind

Who We Are Looking For

  • Degree educated or equivalent relevant experience
  • Demonstrable client-facing experience
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to engage a range of audiences
  • Proven project, programme management and planning skills
  • Advanced analytical and reasoning skills with a creative approach to problem solving
  • A customer-focused approach with a drive to deliver outstanding experiences
  • Experience working within organisation development
  • Experience managing a range of stakeholders, including external suppliers and contractors
  • Financial-management experience
