E-Learning Content Writer

9 to 12 month internship

20 Hours per Week, Monday - Friday

The University of Buckingham and Reinvigoration are looking for an e-Learning Content Writer to convert standard university Business and Management lecturing material into synthesised yet creative content that will then be developed into e-learning. You would be joining a small but growing team on a nine to twelve-month internship to deliver a BSc in Operational Excellence.

As the e-Learning Content Writer, you will work with university lecturers and lecture materials to create storyboards for the developers to convert to e-learning. 

In this important role you will:

  • Work closely with the University Programme Manager and other Business School Lecturers to create a suite of content material to form the e-learning programme
  • Work closely with e-Learning Developers and contribute to the design of the programme
  • Write PowerPoint storyboards and voice over scripts to help achieve learning objectives for target audiences

Interested? To be considered, you will need:

  • A high level of IT literacy including proficiency in MS Office
  • The ability to creatively develop visual content or search on-line media for creative content and graphics to illustrate the slides
  • The ability to search video content aligned to the course material and to obtain copyright permission
  • The ability to work at pace to deadlines, with excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Able to work alone with high levels of motivation
  • An undergraduate qualification in Business and Management would be an advantage to give you the ability to understand and discuss technical information with lecturers and content providers.
