CSA Senior Administrator (Erasmus+) - CG1394SB

We are seeking a professional, highly motivated and organised individual, with a commitment to excellent customer service, to join us as a part-time Senior Administrator (Erasmus+) in the Collaborations & Study Abroad team.  You will have experience of working in a busy, customer-focused environment, and be committed to enhancing the Unit’s service to applicant, students, staff and external contacts worldwide. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a flexible approach, enabling you to provide a tailored, and positive service to all CSA stakeholders including students and internal and external customers.

You will be passionate about the administration and enhancement of the University’s Erasmus+ provision and mobility opportunities for students and staff, and will work closely with Finance, Schools and students to ensure smooth operation of financial and compliance arrangements. You will be interested in process improvement and promotion of opportunities available within the Erasmus+ Programme.

You will be confident at working to tight deadlines and at prioritising operational activities, demonstrating the highest levels of problem solving. You will also be confident at working in a busy environment where daily operations need to be handled along with evolving queries and requirements. In addition, you will be interested in working with a number of University systems, ensuring the highest standards of data quality and contributing to projects and process reviews to ensure CSA services are streamlined, effective and customer-focused.

This is a fixed-term part-time post for 12 months.

In 2019 the University will establish purpose built office accommodation at Eden Campus, Guardbridge by St Andrews, to provide a state of the art working environment for a number of our Professional Services Units. It is anticipated that up to 350 Professional Services staff from a range of Units will be based in the new development at Guardbridge.

This post may be primarily based at Guardbridge. It is expected that this post may be based in the town centre hub, with regular hot-desking at Guardbridge to enable effective team working.
