We currently have the following vacancy based in Liverpool with the need to be in Chester part of each week, at least for the first year: Student Support Manager

This a brand new role where you will be working as an extension of the Chester team. This role will provide first class administrative support to students and staff across all courses in both the Liverpool site and Chester campus. You will be coordinating the smooth operation of the Student Services functions for the Liverpool site which will include dealing with enquiries from clients, visitors and staff as well as working collaboratively with the other student facing services teams including Assessments, Careers, Pro Bono and Library Services ensuring delivery of integrated administrative tasks in a timely manner.

This is an exciting opportunity as you will have the opportunity to grow the role and put your own stamp on it. You will have relevant office management skills with previous experience of working in a student facing office environment. You will have experience of developing procedures and systems as well as managing and implementing complex administration processes. If this describes you, we would like to hear from you.
