Deputy Student Recruitment & Admissions Manager

This is a key post within the Student Recruitment and Admission Team and the post holder will oversee the Admissions process for all four programmes, leading on Dental Admissions.

The post holder is expected to ensure, with the support of the Student Recruitment and Admissions Manager, that the admissions office provides a high quality, professional service to all stakeholders, including enquirers, applicants, students and staff. In addition to contributing to strategy, policy and staff development the post holder will ensure all areas of student recruitment, admissions processes and marketing are carried out in an effective, student focussed manner and in close adherence to School policy and guidelines.

The post holder is expected to work with a considerable degree of autonomy and to support and monitor the work of the Admissions Assistants to include prioritizing and delegating where necessary.

Candidates should have a degree or equivalent qualification and experience covering the full range of duties required for the post.

The post is a full time permanent post. Salary will be in the range £32,956 - £38,709 per annum inclusive of London Allowance. Benefits include 30 days’ annual leave defined benefit pension scheme and interest-free season ticket loan.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate their eligibility to work in the UK in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006. Where required this may include entry clearance or continued leave to remain under the Points Based Immigration Scheme.
