Job Overview

You will be responsible for the overall running of operations and events within Hospitality Services, responsible for organising the day to day catering on offer in our catering outlets, making sure a high quality service is provided to our customers. As line manager of the team, you will allocate work and monitor achievements against objectives and timescales, training teams and carrying out PDRs.

The role will include acting as duty manager, working alongside the Conference team, delivering events for our internal and external customers.

The post holder will be expected to work flexible hours with regards to the requirements of the post, which will include late evenings and weekends. Lieu hours will be given for additional hours worked.
