We're looking for a Programme Manager to join the London Business School and play an integral part in delivering and managing the Sloan programme.

Ready to deliver a world-leading leadership and strategy Masters programme?

The LBS Sloan Masters in Leadership and Strategy is a unique specialist programme for experienced senior professionals. Only three business schools in the world offer programmes like it: Stanford, MIT and London Business School. Working as a Programme Manager here, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running and management of the programme, act as the key relationship manager with students and help shape the planning and delivery of the programme. Versatile, adaptable and with top communication and organisational skills, your support will ensure students can learn, guarantee our reputation is secure and endow the businesses and entrepreneurs of tomorrow. Here you'll:

  • Help oversee the planning and delivery of a high-quality, learning-rich programme
  • Manage student relationships and associated administrative duties and ensure a seamless and outstanding experience is had by all
  • Plan and deliver relevant events and processes from onboarding to networking
  • Source, create and update learning materials, info documents and best practice guides
  • Collaborate with teams across the School, planning schedules, sharing intelligence and developing the learning experience we offer
  • Manage and develop the student learning tool (Canvas)
  • Create and maintain measurable KPIs
  • Collate feedback from fellows and use learnings to enhance student experience
  • Monitor and review financial activity in your area
  • Champion positive change and keep continuous improvement always front of mind

Who We Are Looking For

  • Degree educated or equivalent relevant experience
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills with proven administrative experience
  • Project and event management experience
  • A creative and analytical approach to problem solving
  • Someone who can engage and manage a wide range of different stakeholders
  • A drive to deliver outstanding experiences
  • A proactive, focused approach with a can-do attitude
  • Budget management experience
