Resourcing Adviser (Fixed Term)

Fixed-term: The funds for this post are available for 3 years in the first instance.

The HR Division is seeking to recruit a Resourcing Adviser who will proactively support the Resourcing Manager on end to end recruitment and talent attraction in the University.   This is an exciting new position which will be instrumental in supporting a number of recruitment goals and projects of the University's People Strategy.

This role will support the development of recruitment procedures which will contribute to the attraction of the best talent to the University ensuring that recruitment is effective, transparent and follows best practice principles.  In addition, this role will support the Institutions of the University in sourcing and selecting the best talent through suitable recruitment channels and advertising methods in a cost effective manner.

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level (or demonstrate an equivalent level of professional experience), have comprehensive knowledge of the full recruitment lifecycle and the impact of employment law in this area.

Additionally, you will have proven ability in engaging, collaborating and influencing key stakeholders, peers and senior colleagues, together with strong communication (written and verbal), organisational and time management skills. A high standard of IT literacy including excellent Microsoft Office skills is essential.
