You will primarily contribute to a research study evaluating the functioning and effectiveness of a prison based treatment service (The Beacon) which forms part of the national Offender Personality Disorder (OPD) Pathway. It is provided by a partnership between HMPPS (Her Majesty’s Prison and Probation Service) and the NHS. The service includes a range of interventions aimed at improving prisoners’ psychological wellbeing and reducing their risk of reoffending. You will conduct, record and analyse psychological assessments with prisoners  as part of an overall service evaluation project and to inform progress reviews for individual prisoners.
