Research Support Administrator

University of Leeds - Faculty of Environment: School of Earth and Environment

Working Time: 14 hours per week. Hours to be worked over 3 days

Contract Type:  Fixed Term (12 months)

Would you like to provide administrative support to a vibrant institute within the School of Earth and Environment? Do you have excellent communication and organisational skills?

Working as part of a team in research support, you will provide key administrative support to the Research Institute Directors (RID) for the Earth Surface Science Institute. You will identify and disseminate good practice in research, helping to ensure a vibrant research culture within the institutes that leads to high quality outputs and impact, specifically, you will help the research institutes to function effectively. 

With excellent administrative, communication and organisational skills, you will have experience of working with or developing communication systems and practices to disseminate information. You will have an independent and proactive approach to decision making and exceptional attention to detail. You will also be fully competent in using Microsoft Office software.
