Senior Lecturer in Accounting

Responsible for the design, enhancement, and organisation of teaching and learning in Accounting, you will also take responsibility for curriculum development, and the student experience more broadly, as year tutor or course tutor.

With experience in teaching in a similar environment you will be able to demonstrate significant knowledge of your area of specialisation and will ensure that the teaching for which you are responsible is informed by contemporary research in the relevant field developing the ability of students to engage in debate, critical discourse, and rational thinking.

Contributing actively to applied research groups or communities of practice internally and/or externally, you will assist with bids and tenders for external projects or contracts, disseminating research outputs using a range of media, and developing external networks nationally and/or internationally.

With a PhD degree or a Master Degree and appropriate professional qualification and/or membership, teaching experience at higher education level with evidence of successful student learning outcomes.
