Director of Student Administration Services

St. Patrick's College London

Do you have experience of leading an administrative services function, ideally within an HE or FE context?

Would you enjoy the challenge of bringing your experience to bear within a unique, vibrant, entrepreneurial College in the City of London?

St. Patrick’s College is restructuring its administrative functions and is looking for a senior Administrative Manager to direct and oversee the provision of efficient, streamlined administrative services, and to optimise the College’s business processes.

No two days will be the same as you draw on the full range of your diverse skills - from understanding data processes, relational databases and the provision and analysis of data to being a lynchpin in the smooth and streamlined ‘on boarding’ of our diverse student body of adult learners, ensuring a positive student experience on joining St. Patrick’s. A key part of your role would be to bridge the gap between the Global University Systems’ centralised admissions and recruitment teams and the College’s two new Schools of Health+ and Business+. Reporting in to the Chief Operations Officer, you would be a trusted advisor to the Senior Management Team.

If you have a strong administrative background at a senior level and would thrive on a new challenge, we would love to hear from you. St. Patricks’ future success is contingent on the smooth-running of its operations, and this post is a key part of the senior management team with lead responsibility for ensuring a seamless student journey from acceptance through to graduation and beyond.

As a constituent part of Global University Systems Group, St. Patrick’s sits alongside organisations as diverse as the University of Law and London College of Contemporary Arts. The opportunity presents an exciting prospect for the right candidate.

We look forward to hearing from you if this sounds like a challenge that would inspire you.
