An exciting opportunity is available within the University of Hertfordshire’s IT Development department within Library and Computing Services. This one year fixed term project role will be a key member of our User Experience Team principally working on web applications. This role will require experience of .NET / .NET MVC and front-end development experience is desirable. Undertaking proactive development of solutions and systems your role will involve working with stakeholders from across the institution including our staff and students.
You are expected to have web development experience and demonstrate an aptitude for learning and evolving. You will have very good communication skills and good attention to detail. You will be able to work well under pressure and can meet tight deadlines – as well as the ability to work on your own initiative and be a good team player. You must also be able to present complex information in an understandable manner and be happy to work to standards and document your work.
You will be a Graduate with a qualification in computing at a professional level or with equivalent expertise and experience.
