This is a full time (37 hours per week) role on a fixed term basis until April 2026.
Job Description
This role will facilitate better access between B&NES heritage and cultural assets and the wider community by developing outreach and design sessions with key community and educational partners and supporting partnership delivery in Radstock, Creative Twerton and within our Locksbrook campus.
The postholder will be required to develop and strengthen our current relationships across arts and education in the region, supporting new routes into university for young people and improving graduate outcomes, via training and placements for our students and graduates.
Due to the nature of this post, you will be required to have an Enhanced DBS check.

About You
You will be self-motivated with a strong commitment to working collaboratively and flexibly within a small, busy team with the ability to develop and sustain professional working relationships with university and partnership colleagues, the wider student body, colleges, schools and community groups. Strong communication skills, an in-depth experience of B&NES cultural and educational sectors and a strong empathy with, and sympathetic approach to young people with SEN needs are essential, as well as creativity and innovation to design and deliver outreach programmes.
