We are seeking a candidate with a master's degree in social sciences (economics, psychology, or related disciplines). Experience in quantitative research methods and an interest in policy engagement are essential. At least one year of work experience in consulting/applied behavioural science is desirable but not required.

The post will be located in the El-Erian Institute of Behavioural Economics and Public Policy, a new interdisciplinary institute housed in Cambridge Judge Business School. We are currently a team of nine and are looking for someone who would like to support our research and teaching.

Key Responsibilities:

The Research Assistant will work on different teaching and research-related tasks, reporting to Professor Lucia Reisch. Three days (60%) will consist of doing literature search; supporting data retrieval, cleaning, and analysis of current research projects as well as preparing teaching and outreach material. Two other days (40%) per week will be assigned to supporting the work of the UN Executive Office of the Secretary-General and the UN Innovation Network on activities such as supporting behavioural science projects in the UN, writing documents for publication, and forming partnerships in and outside the UN. This work will be overseen by El-Erian Fellow Mary MacLennan.
